Integrated die-casting system equipped with HTE immersion heater: low power consumption and stable temperature control, empowering a 7,200-ton ultra-large die-casting production line

As a core process in automotive manufacturing, integrated die casting has led manufacturers to deploy 7,200-ton ultra-large integrated die casting equipment for forming large aluminum alloy automotive structural components. By leveraging SGJL's HTE immersion heater, the system stably maintains the operating temperature of the molten aluminum, enabling precise temperature control, energy efficiency, and carbon reduction—thereby ensuring the production stability of large die-cast components.

Maintain steady temperature —— >98% high heating efficiency, compatible with 7,200-ton die-casting long-cycle production, featuring minimal temperature fluctuations to ensure consistent quality of large-component castings.

Dual-mode energy saving —— The system achieves low energy consumption under both operational modes—thermal standby and continuous die-casting—based on actual field measurements. During 12-hour production operation at 690 °C, power consumption is approximately 1,100 kWh; energy consumption in thermal standby mode is further reduced, helping the plant lower operational costs and reduce carbon emissions.

Long-lasting and durable —— Resists aluminum melt erosion, reduces corrosion loss, decreases the frequency of downtime for component replacement, and meets the long-duration operation requirements of large-scale die-casting production lines.
